things seem to be slipping away so easily now, like i can't get my teeth into anything properly anymore. seems to be no reason why not though.
i don't feel like i'm living. it's weird, i can't describe it, but everything's a little dreamy. nothing seems important anymore. maybe the cold's just giving me a bout of general depression.
in times like these, i often wonder about what people who can see death coming at them think about and how they feel. when i 'die' in computer games, i perhaps feel a very watered-down, dilute version of what goes through them, that 'oh shit' sense. or maybe when they see death coming they resign themselves to it. maybe they even feel relief. or they might feel outraged, that their death dares to swoop in and snatch them away like that. i don't know how i would feel, but i know i sure would feel disappointed. for some reason, i expect far more than i should out of life.
i'm feeling depressed.
